4-way to 7-way tow wiring with keyless entry

So I thought my 4-way to 7-way conversion of my tow harness was going to be plug and play. I purchased a plug in harness without really looking beyond a glance at what was under my truck. I have a 2008 Pathfinder LE with keyless entry. The key sensor for the rear door lock/unlock button is in the bu...

Turns out, after reviewing the service order that the dealer performed an engine o...

I guess my update was a little longer than I thought. I ended up renting a u-haul and an auto carrier and pulled it home 1100 miles. It's sitting in my driveway.

Due to the holiday it took me forever to get through to Nissan customer service. Talked with them this week and they said I'll need to take it back to the dealer that serviced it if I expect to get anything repaired under warranty. Dealer wants to charge me a tear down fee (roughly $500) before they...

Opinions Wanted - Engine self destruct after visit to dealer

I purchase an 08 Pathfinder from a local dealer in January. Had my indy check it out after I bought it and aside from needing brakes and tires, he gave it a clean bill of health. Everything has been A-OK. Runs great! About a month ago I noticed occasional drops of oil on the driveway and developed a...

'08 Pathfinder fails to start, computer resets

I have 2008 Pathfinder that recently has started to have a weird issue. About twice a month, you get in and go to start and instead of turning over when you turn the ignition, everything goes completely dark (no dash lights, no overhead lights, doors won't lock/unlock, etc.) and you can't start the ...
