Make sure the end link nuts are tight and did not work loose. It has happened to me. Get someone to work the wheel while you lay under and check for the culprit.

I have an 03 SE with that exact mileage, very few issues. 3.5L uses a timing chain so no required maintenance and that model year did not have radiator issues. I would jack the pass side tire off the ground and inspect the suspension. Grab the tire at 12 and 6 and see if you can wiggle it or if there is play. Do the same at 9 and 3. 12/6 will insicate a bad ball joint. 9/3 will indicate tie rod ends. Another option is keep it on the ground and have a buddy...

Loosen the pulley bolt first, then loosen the long tensioner bolt and you will see the pully drop down releaving tension on the belt. Replace belt, tighten tensioner bolt and then the pulley bolt. Super easy and same for both belts.
