Jasunderland - really haven't had time to investigate this further. More of an annoyance than anything at this point (until it gets colder). Next free time I have, I was thinking of checking all the fuses. Not sure if there are separate fuses for climate control on driver or passenger side. Other th...

Skinny2 - thanks for the response. I share your feelings about the auto climate controls and have only operated on manual. Switching back and forth to troubleshoot the problem does not seem to resolve the issue. Might have to break down and have the dealer have a look.

Driver side vents no heat.

Sorry in advance if this is an old topic. I noticed tonight that cold air comes out of the driver's side and left center vent when I run the heater. The rest of the vents blow warm air appropriately. Just had oil change and fluids topped off. Air flow is directed to the appropriate vents when I togg...

Agree with AtlantaRuffian. Take it in for a pre-purchase inspection before making your final decision. There's tons of info on this forum that may help you in your decision. I have a 2008 LE that I purchased with an extended warranty - which I recently used to repair the timing chain tensioner issue...

Hose replaced. $0.53 for a foot and a half from the local auto parts shop. Might just be my imagination/wishful thinking, but I thought the truck idled smoother after I swapped the hose. :? Either way, glad it's fixed. Thanks again for the assist.

The tank is called a "pressure tank." The vacuum hose that is broken is Nissan #22320-EA200. Just measure the length you need, cut off a small piece and bring it to your local auto parts store. They'll sell you a length of vacuum hose (I would get a couple of extra inches to be on the saf...

With the cover off: Looks like it should connect to the tube directly to its left with the brown clip. Curious to know what its for. Looks easy enough to repair with the right tubes and connectors. Thanks again for looking! -Aries http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e245/Aries_Gum/R51%202008%20Nissan%...

Help Identifying this tube

Hi all, I was topping off some fluids today and noticed a tube that looked as if it had been sheared off. The end looked a bit ragged. Took three photos to give better perspective of were it's located - right under the plastic engine cover. http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e245/Aries_Gum/R51%202008...

I'm curious to know if you found a solution. I'm starting to have this happen intermittently. I would think it's a fuse problem if it happened each time the car was turned off. The truck has not had any troubles starting up so I'm ruling out a battery/battery terminal issue. At this point, it's more...

Hold the lock and unlock buttons on your remote simultaneously until the horn chirps. You can turn the feature on and off this way regardless of the "settings". zm830101 - tried this before without success, that being said, I tried it again tonight - this time holding the buttons together...

If the horn works normally (ie: the steering wheel) then I wouldnt think the relay or fuses were the issue. It would come down to the security module or a setting being off. I wonder if there is a difference between the conveinence setting and a more "hard" setting that would be programme...

No Horn Response with Lock/Unlock

Just a minor annoyance, really, but was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. The horn works fine, but will not beep/chirp with the lock/unlock from my key fob. I've checked to make sure the feature is set to "ON" under the COMFORT and CONVENIENCE settings. I've also checked to make...

New owner of 2008 Pathfinder LE

Hi, New to the forum. Just traded my '08 G37 Coupe for the '08 Pathfinder LE. New baby girl and the G was just not very practical anymore. Tough time trying to squeeze the baby seat into the back of the G. Love the way the PF looks, but wish I had done more research. From what I've read so far on th...
