Reading everyone's posts and experiences, I think I'm going with the OME shocks and springs for $524 shipped from Rocky Road. I'm fine with anything from zero lift to 3" of lift, as long as the springs rates are a little stiffer, the suspension quits bottoming out, and I get new shocks out of t...

Suspension Confused, please help ...

I'll try to put this in yes/no questions, so both you guys and I have clarity. Thx for any help! 1) do suspension spacers (like rear Rancho and PRG mini lift) cause the shocks to have to extend further than they would on just stock springs without spacers? 2) do Bilstein 5100's require taller spring...

Maybe this explains my "odd handling" complaint. When I push my '05 pathfinder around a corner, it almost feels like there's a hinge in the middle of my SUV, with a disconnect in communication between the front and rear. The shocks are 205,000 miles old, and my other car is a Honda s2000 t...

Does the rear spacer under the spring increase the distance the shock has to travel?

Don't the rear shocks need more travel to accommodate the spacer + spring length, or does the top of the shock mount lower than spacer and this is a non-issue?

I understand the PRG spacer in the front I think, and if I understand it right, it just goes on top of the strut and won't affect damper or spring movement. On the rear though (2005), the shocks and springs are separate, so I assume the spacer goes above the spring. While the spring movement won't d...

It appears you might have everything I would need. I'm considering halting my order with e-shocks and purchasing your full setup. I just need to learn more so respond asap. (I don't know how to send pm's on this forum yet. apparently not as easy as clicking your name). I have a 2005 Nissan Pathfinde...

Hmmm.... I just ordered 4 Bilstein HD's and was planning on the PRG 2" spacer lift. I come from sports cars so this crap is confusing. Should I cancel my order and instead go with an adjustable front setup like yours? What are the advantages of your setup ? More front travel? You don't gain any...
