Ours is a 2011, so I cant say its the same, are you saying it wont move at all or its turning but not backing out? Looked underneath? If not turning at all have you tried any type of liquid wrench spray, Mine were threaded into the floor of the truck, came right out with just a 3/8" socket by ...

Hate to resurrect it but I bought an 05 recently and am trying to take out the bolts and I can't get them to budge. I've even used my lithium ryobi impact and nothing has happened. Any advice?
