I would also check for uneven tire wear. My mercedes would vibrate between 55 and 68 mph on the highway. Turned out the alignment was off which was unevenly wearing the tires....hence the vibration. Just my 2 cents.

You may also want to go up a grade on your fuel if you run 87 run 89 or premimum when towing.
