Thanks for your help! Going to try and see what I can do about the a/c clog, and I might just have a shop change the O2 sensor to save myself the headache. I am also going to take your advice and try to find the oil pressure switch to hook up that connector. I have another question if you wouldn't m...

1997 Nissan Pathfinder - Multiple Questions

I own a 1997 R50 SE with the AT that I've got a few problems/questions that I figured I'd come to the more knowledgeable for. 1. After using my AC, water drains onto the passenger side floor. I am aware that the drain is clogged, how do I go about fixing that? From what I've found, it's the black ho...

I didn't measure the voltage on my TPS because I didn't have an ommeter, but I rotated it more towards the middle. I then did the relearn procedure and that helped dramatically! It idled at around 1000-1500 rpms but then today I went ahead and tried to adjust the FIC and the throttle stop. I know th...

1997 Pathfinder SE - TPS Issue

I recently replaced my Pathfinder's VG33E and I can't seem to get it to run correctly. I am getting a P0300 (random misfire) code but that's it. My main concern is not the misfire, but rather the TPS. In order to get my vehicle to run semi-close to what it's supposed to, I have to turn my TPS sensor...

I didn't figure that the TPS should be all the way to one side, but that's currently the only option. If I even adjust it slightly, the engine will rev to about 3000 RPMs or higher. Having it all the way to the one side will keep it about 1500 RPMs.

I was able to use the vacuum diagram and fix that issue. Really no noticeable difference in the way it runs but it didn't hurt. I have made another Imgur album with more pictures and have since removed the last album. To get to this album just add "/a/1Hbh8" to the address bar. I have incl...

1997 Pathfinder SE

Hi, I recently replaced my VG33E 3.3L and I can't quite get it to run correctly. I'm getting a p0300 but I'm sure the distributor and TPS settings are correct. My problem is in the "throttle system", I can rev the car normally while in park or neutral, but when in drive it doesn't recogniz...
