Yes, the locks are operating properly so far. I took it in because I wanted to catch the issue while it was still covered by the warranty. As far as the dealer, well, the three trips I have made have been an absolute nightmare.....and the whirring noise is STILL there. Another story for another day!...

I have a 2016 Pathfinder and my seats are the same fabric, almost like a brushed suede. I haven't noticed any bald spots yet, but I was initially a bit leary of purchasing the vehicle specifically due to that type of cloth.
