You definitely want lights from a LHD market. You'd blind everyone otherwise. Someone mentioned UK cars being able to change back and forth; I've never heard of that, but it seems like unneeded complexity.

It wouldn't be inexpensive, but you would have high quality bixenon lights, not the cheap Chinese junk. I'm guessing it would cost around $1k or more for new ones.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm wondering if anyone out there has tried importing these lights from a left hand drive overseas market? I can't imagine they wouldn't fit the 2008+ US market Pathfinders, which already had the same structural/cosmetic 'facelift' that was given to the 2011 R51 in ...
