Yep...it looks like the one in the advert. I have a Tekna as we only get a Tekna and Aventura trim models in the UK. The Tekna has the leather seats, power mirrors, rear heating/ac etc. As far as I know up to 2012 the Pathfinder in the UK had Euro 4 engines. From 2012ish they got the Euro 5 engine.....
