Possible, but not likely unless you are having transmission issues also. I was having the heating issue last month. I "burped" the lines, then refilled with coolant. Haven't had any issues since.

Great write up. I installed my airlift about 2 weeks ago, and it makes a HUGE difference in the handling. I highly recommend this addition. As for the valves, I drilled through the rear bumper, and mounted them on a slight downward angle. I wouldn't worry about them being exposed to the elements, th...

I have been having the same problem. It started 2 years ago, while driving in mild snow. Then nothing until last week, again during mild snow. I've had no issues while in 4wd, or during warm weather. All of my fluids are the right color and in the right places. I dropped it off at a mechanic who has...

I bought my Bilstein's on amazon. They by far had the best price. I think I paid like $55-60 a piece for the rear and $90 a piece for the front. I installed the rear shocks my self. It was a relatively easy job. It took a few hours, but most of that time was figuring the best way to actually remove ...

Yeah it will definitely work. That's exactly what I did with the in line fuse thing. It works great. The wiring should be there, at least mine was, to plug the lights in and snap them into place. The whole process took about an hour and most of it was getting the fake light plugs out.

I have a 2006 S that didn't come with fog lights. In November I purchased lights and installed them. Basically if you spend 5 buck and buy an in line fuse holder you can wire the fog lights to come on with your running lights. it literally took 5 minutes and works great. Found the thread... http://w...

I believe this is the same problem that Im having. Both the driver and passengers side windows rattle when half way down. You can actually move both windows side to side by hand. I just figured some brackets broke. Will replacing the regulator fix this? Was/is replacement difficult?

Well I'm beyond no means a mechanic, but I was having a similar issue last January. Not to bore you with the details, but the end result was I had the alternator, and fuel pump replaced. What my guy said was that over time fluid's "gunk" those parts up. Basically, it was jumpy from Baltimo...

I just finished this mod. It worked perfectly with the original stalk and only took 10 minutes at best. The hardest part by far was removing the plastic fog light plugs, and that was mostly because of poor visibility. Once I climbed under the car it was a lot easier to see what I was doing. Now the ...

I know its been quite some time since the last post on this thread, but I am about to undergo this mod. I have a 2006 that I'm about to install the fogs on, but the headlight stalk doesn't have the fog light setting. Is this still possible with the stalk I have? It would be a whole lot easier than r...

Shock Replacement

Hey everyone...just curious if anyone has attempted to/or did replace their front shocks themselves? This past weekend I replaced the rear shocks on my own with Bilstein's, which I think makes for a huge improvement. Now I want to do the front. Aside from figuring an initial plan of attack to remove...

Well, I have yet to begin this update. I did however pull back the wheel well liner and look inside. I can see where/how to remove the fog light hole plugs, but the wiring doesnt appear to be there. I believe someone on here somewhere said they were prewired. I have found the OEM fog lights online r...

2006 Pathfinder Fog lights

I have a 2006 S that came with the cutouts for fog lights, but no lights. Is it possible to punch out the cut outs, and install lights ? If so, has anyone ever done this?

Thanks.
