Yep. Twice as a matter of fact. No noticeable improvement that I could tell. There seem to be similar issues (but other manufacturers) that point towards blocked or bad heater core or possibly faulty blend doors. So was just curious if anyone else had tried to burp w/o luck and continued to investig...

More issues with heat

Not 100% sure which category this falls under, but throwing it out there in case anyone has had the same issue. (Moderator, please feel free to move to the appropriate board). 2006 Pathfinder SE w/ 89k miles Having an issue where in the winter, after the car warms up and the heater has been pumping ...

Yep! I have a competition Bbq team so have slept in the back on more than a few occasions. If possible, crack a window. Otherwise there's gonna be a stale funk in your rig when you wake up. I'm 6-5 so I kind of sleep diagonally, corner to corner, but good enough for a few nights as needed.

My Xterra had this issue and it ended up being the heat shield on the exhaust manifold. It had corroded around one of the mounting bolts and caused it to come loose. Drove me nuts for a few months before I figured it out. May not be your issue, but worth a look :D Ditto on the heat shield. I had th...

I'm literally fighting with this as we speak. Just as the car heats up, I get polar vortex quality air from all vents. Will try to burp when it warms up a little. Thanks!

I'm dealing with this as we speak on an 06. It's out of coverage on the extended warrant so I got a quote from the dealer for about $430. But the trip computer still works w/o issue... So I just use that as my fuel gauge. I'll get around to replacing it eventually, but since there's no real risk of ...

I was getting at least 2 a month for the better part of 18 months. I was so irritated that I called and emailed each dealership that sent them to me and asked to be removed from their mailing list. "Save a tree" goes a lot further than "back the @#$% off!". :D

Hi - I'm the original owner of a Majestic Blue 2006 Nissan Pathfinder SE that's averaging about 10k miles a year. Up until March of this year, it's been our road trip and weekend driver since the day we bought it. At the time it was the perfect car for a young married couple that had just bought the...

Frozen door lock!

2006 Pathfinder w/ 71k miles on it... Last night I went to unlock the drivers side rear door using the key fob and it wouldn't unlock along with the other doors. When I tried to unlock from the inside the lever is stuck or frozen. It sounds like the mechanism is activating when I use the power lock ...
