Hi G2b,
You're right my math was off, I added the wrong values. Safest bet, go and buy new control arms.

Hi G2b, Superpro, outof Australia mfgs eccentric polyurethane bushings for rear UCAs, I have a set myself. These bushings allow for additional positioning of the cam bolts. The shop that installed the bushings had a hard time removing the OEMs because of the lip that holds the bushings onto the cont...

Hi G2b,
Maybe the perfect time to upgrade with a lift kit instead, if you're going to be upgrading your suspension anyway. If you do, be prepared to deal with the alignment issues with IRS.

Hi Golfer2b,

I think the shocks just dampen the travel of the coils. I think most of the support comes from the coils. With that said, you may want to start looking into new coils/springs. But, I'm no expert, that's just my 2 cents.

We took it out this weekend, I figured, eh, stuck with the way it is, so I took it thru hwy 17 to SC and back...this thing sticks to the pavement. It's pretty damn good. Regarding the darting, it's present on some areas but only on 101, thru 17, this thing sticks, way better than OEM suspension. Wif...

Meh, still the same. Time to go to the dealership. For those who have installed these adjustable UCA bushings, can you guys send me pictures of how they look under the truck?

Update: Just got the truck back, drove it home and so far so good. No abnormal shimmies, darting, rocking. Too early to conclude that it's permanently gone, but it is better after a new rear shock was installed.

Will look into that if shock replacement (rear driver side) doesn't work. Dropping off the truck to the same shop this Wednesday. Wish me luck.

Thank you sir. fabbing up a brace for it was easy, drilling thru the bumper with hole saw...kinda screwed up on, but finished it off with rubber grommets, it doesn't look too bad. The 55watt bulbs are okay, but it also came with 100watt bulbs. I'm hoping the grill on the lights helps diffuse some of...

Update: Alignment went well, he got toe to -0.17 on both rears. He drove it a few times, the darting (which is what I now believe to be the proper terminology) has minimized, but it is still present. To describe it exactly, when faster than 60mph and driving over a dip or bump (where overpass begins...

Thanks Kevin, at the shop now. Owner kind enough to drop me back to work, which was good because he felt the rocking motion. Will post update later, but he's taking your pointers as he didn't really know what actual fix would be. He said he'll shoot for -0.11 to -0.14 toe on each side for rear and h...
