I've got a similar question. Where's the reverse light wire found at the front of the vehicle? I need 12v switched by reverse at the front for my head unit. Can someone tell me the wire location? I have tried just about all the wires with my meter behind the driver side kick while leaving it in reve...

P0463 but all works

I am getting the P0463 code which we all know is Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Voltage. The funny thing is everything works fine. I haven't had any issues with the level sensor and I still don't. So could it be something other than the fuel level sensor? Thanks

Battery died now DTE acting nuts

My kids were playing in the pf and listening to the radio for too long so the battery died. Tried to start and nothing so I hooked up the charger and charged it enough to start. Since that day, my check engine light stayed on and DTE display has been acting crazy showing everything from 100 miles to...

Mine does the same thing as yours and it's annoying. I know the shake you are talking about because sometimes it makes my dash vibrate as if I was driving down a dirt road. Just briefly though. But to add to that, when it happens, it also makes the exhaust shake and something rattles in the back. I'...

How can you tell how much fluid you get out of a drain and fill? Should I measure what comes out so I can measure what to put back in?

Went to Nissan a few months ago asking about trans. I have almost 130k on my 07 and I have NEVER touched or serviced the transmission. They looked at the fluid and said it's still pinkish red and to leave it alone if I haven't had any problems. They told me to NOT have it flushed because it's been r...

High idle at start-up is normal I have almost 130k on my 07 and been doing that for years. At 105k started doing the timing chain whine but I've been successfully treating it with Seafoam. So far so good. Whine goes away after a few days on Seafoam but can still faintly hear it. Told Nissan dealer I...

Yes the Rogue sucks. All it is is a go-cart/sentra with a 4 inch lift. Got one as a loaner and wish I took the Altima.

To me, independent valves seem to be the way to go. Correct me if I'm wrong but when cornering with combined valve, wouldn't air from one bag be forced into the other as one side of the pathfinder dips in the turn? If set up for independent valves then they would both maintain constant equal pressure.

Nikko7mge,

Let me know how it goes. I may end up doing it myself also if not too hard.

I have done this many times. I just tie a rope to the window to pull it down so it is horizontal and won't catch much wind. Works great and I've done it for several years without problems or replacing the struts.

I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get it done but will have to park it and ride my bike until I have enough cash. It gets better gas mileage anyway! Anyone know of a shop in the North Carolina Triad area that can do it cheaper than a the stealership, please let me know.

So I've had the whining noise for about 5k miles now. Yesterday replaced belt and tensioner pully and crossed my fingers when I started her back up. Still whining. So what I'm wondering is how long can I go without taking it in for the repair because I have absolutely zero money for new tires I need...
