I think I have answered one of my own questions. We have the V6 in Aus so guessing it will be the same size as the US V6. IS there any difference in US V6 and V8 in dimensions to fit the larger motor?

You would have to ask them. I would of thought if any it would only be 0.5"-1" more travel. Not huge difference

Not 100% on what the emulsion is other than I think it is a mixture of foam cell and oil/nitrogen in the shock.
