WipeNew update: After a week I have to say I'm in favor of the product as far as doing what is advertised. The black plastic parts of the roof rack look very good and almost like new. This is after a round trip across Alligator Alley up to Tampa and back and a car wash. I hit a little rain and lots ...

My friend, you really know your stuff. Couple things- I just installed some "Strong Arm" hatch supports from Ebay. They work great. Also, GREAT tip on the dynamat. I would never have known that and it's important being here in Sofla where shit melts in the summer like nobody's business. -I...

Yeah, the ride is harsh in these things. I guess what I meant was it feels better planted to the road which i prefer. I like the better handling characteristics. My whole thing is I want this suv to be as good handling as it can be without being unrealistic or breaking the bank!

New tires and wheels

Well, I'm just so into every little upgrade I have to share this: I had the stock 16 inch wheels and went to the stock LE 18 inch wheels. I ended up going with firestone destination LE2's. It's like night and day. I would recommend this upgrade to anyone with the 16's who wants a better, carlike rid...

Well, I called Secondskin and got my answer. You can take it as far as you want and spend THOUSANDS on insulating your truck. I had no idea the levels you can take that to. I think I'll just dynamat the door skins and speaker holes. Maybe take it a step further and do the fenders like you mentioned....

I don't know....??? It seems to be working so far. I see a lot of complaints are about the expense, and YES it's expensive at $35. I'll keep and eye and update.

I'm thinking the bushings look like this: http://www.carid.com/universal-suspension-systems/daystar-sway-bar-bushing-and-braket-4301679.html So the hole is 25mm in diameter and you know the bracket size. So you should be able to order that bushing from just about anywhere. We shouldn't have to pay a...

Posted this on R51 int/ext: I ordered this product: Wipenew.com You've probably seen the product on TV lately. Their claim is that it gets all the black plastic parts back to new and it's supposed to last for a long time. (I believe the commercial said two years) I've used several of the "back ...

I'm wishing I hadn't gone to all the trouble to remove the running boards and mud guards to paint them. (which turned out great by the way) This product seems to do the trick.
