Ok just finished replacing the rad. It wasnt too bad and took about 4-1/2 hours for me. I filled it up with water for now to check for leaks and let it run, it gets hotter than before and no heat, does that mean it has air and/or needs more water/coolant?

thanks

Well its definitely the bearings/hub on the drivers side rear wheel. I did the shake test and yeah... it moved. Has anyone changed their hubs, is it that hard, do I get the one with or without the sensor? I found some on Rock Auto for around $120-$130

I just did the u-joints last May, but I'll look at those too.

Thanks all, I checked my tires this morning and no sign of abnormal wear. Its definitely coming from the rear too. I think I'll investigate the wheel hubs/bearings. I'll check tonight when I get home from work.

Humming tire noise?

The noise sounds like I'm driving with off road tires or mud tires but I have reg BF radials. This started getting louder everyday this week and I cant figure it out. Its when I drive straight and left turns but quiets down on right hand turns. Any ideas?

thanks Chris

I'm looking to get the Rancho Loaded Quicklift Complete Strut Assembly(s) and the RS9000XL shocks. All 4 at Rock auto are $481.16 - $126 Rebate (visa card) =$355.16, seems like a good deal. I've got air tools and plenty of jacks/stands should I need anything else? Thanks, Chris Here's the rebate for...

Can I Do It Myself?

There is a good rebate for the Rancho shocks/struts and I was wondering if with basic tools and basic knowledge/ability, could I replace my struts and shocks on my 06 myself on the driveway or do I need any special tools or a lift?

Thanks Chris

Drove from Mass to Florida and back in winter of 2011 and 2012 in my 06 PF with 2 teens, 2 adults, 2 children and not a single complaint of being uncomfortable. I would say it is definitely family friendly.

Great pic looks good, the black wheels looks nice on white. Mine is white as well and now I know how they would look black wheels. Anyone install these by themselves? I am in need of new shocks/struts all around but wanted to see if this can be done in my driveway.

thanks, Chris

Thanks but I get this when I enter my info at NGK: "Sorry, we don't have any products in this category (Sensors) that fit your vehicle, but you can use the left-hand navigation to select a different product type." Anyone have a part number? Are the 4 separate O2/AirFuel sensors the same? t...

P0150 Code, A/F or O2 Sensor?

The engine light came on a few weeks ago so I got a code reader and it reads Code P0150. I've searched and found that the code means "Air Fuel Ratio Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1" I cant seem to find that part, is it an O2 sensor or fuel/air sensor?

Thanks, Chris
