Your pathy is coming along great, what HID set did you go with for the headlights and foglights? I've been looking into this as well, I have xentec on my titan and they are not bright at all.

Could be possibly as smj said, are you hearing a tincan rattling sound? if it is, then its the heatshields, i had the same problem on my Titan, just took some large intake clamps and clamped some down, and took a few off.
