Too bad on the clutch, the friction surface does wear over time, though I've put over 300k km on vehicles without doing the clutch too.

Make sure there isn't something in there keeping the fan from spinning.

The motor has a failsafe that prevents continued operation if it can't spin.

I ran it in with my impact. It's not going anywhere. If I ever have to do the bushings again it'll he a drill/tap job and a new bolt.
