I think this is the key.
I can't remember anyone needing a trans rebuild that wasn't the result of coolant contamination.
I'd look really closely at the possibility of a new valve body or trans ...

Piston ring & cylinder wall damage may be damaged by current or prior front catalytic converter failure.
Check cylinder compression & leakdown.

This is getting frustrating. Found some issues on the rear prop shaft - both U-Joints were missing their zerk fittings:

We bought not one, but two new 2005 R51s.
The SE-OR has about 62K on it and the SE 2WD about 40K.
As yet, we've never been disappointed with them, and intend to keep them indefinitely. Very Happy

The glass lifts from McMaster-Carr are P/N: 9416K162

200psi is probably the most popular for the rear hatch. A lot of people have used the 225psi and have thought they were a bit too much.
