Top off the coolant and park it uphill (nose uphill). Start the engine, turn front and rear heaters on maximum heat settings and run the engine 2000-3000 RPM for 10 mins. or until hot air comes out o ...

Personally, I use Pentosin Pentofrost. They make the OE coolant for Nissan. Pentofrost A2 is the green coolant Nissan used to around 2010, when they started introducing blue, extended-life coolant, wh ...

The immobilizer light should go off. If it's still on while you are cranking the engine, there is a problem and the immobilizer system will disable the fuel pump. You would need a capable scan tool to ...

Caster is adjustable in the front so long as the caster/camber bolts are installed on the control arms.

It's possible you may never need to do the chains. As many problems as there have been with the upper chains cutting through the plastic tensioner faces, it really all depends on what condition the to ...

With what you've done and with what you're saying, it seems to place doubt that this alignment shop's techs know what they're doing!

The covers are nothing to clean compared to having to do the front cover! Talk about a PITA!

You don't have to remove the entire front timing cover to replace the water pump. You probably noticed the two, black, stamped steel covers on the timing cover. One covers the primary timing chain ten ...

Again, without knowing what codes are stored in the various control units, everything is speculation. Disconnecting the battery for an extended period does not require the ECM to be re-flashed. Flashi ...

Cheaper for Nissan to use silicone RTV for gaskets and, when applied correctly, tends to last for a long time. I can't remember the last Nissan timing chain cover that used gaskets; maybe the ol' L-se ...
