Sorry to hijack your thread, but what is the realistic MPG rating for these trucks? I get 15.5 mpg with mostly short distance driving with some highway, but I drive conservatively and don't mash on the throttle. The only way I can go above 16 mpg is if I get on the highway and cruise for 15 minutes ...

Hi all,
I tried a search for this but nothing really came up. The gear selector bulb burnt out in my 2006. Another thread suggested using #194 bulb (or something), but that didn't work. Does anyone know what the replacement bulb # is?

Cool, thanks! I actually ended up doing the bypass anyway, just to be on the safe side. Is Valvoline Maxlife full-synthetic ATF recommended?
