I have an aftermarket cd player that has the AUX input. You can probably find one for around $100 at Best Buy or some store like that and get cheap installation if you don't want to put it in yourself. That is probably the easiest solution.

I bought my 06 with 67k on it and havent had any big issues with it. I would suggest doing the radiator by-pass to it right away just to eliminate that problem from ever happening. I had a 2001 PF with the 3.5 before buying the 06 with the 4.0 and it is a huge improvement.

I like the new ride! It will be interesting to see how it does on the trails compared to the Rubicon with the shorter wheelbase. I am free this weekend if you want to go exploring.

I went with Rancho on all 4 corners. Front has the quick-lift and rear has spacers with airbags. All 4 shocks are adjustable which is nice when getting off the pavement and for stiffening the ride up for pavement driving around town. I have been very happy with this setup. The ultimate lift thread i...

Something like that happened once on my tailgate. Ended up having to take it into the dealership and had them take apart the panel from the inside. The latch mechanism ended up being the cause of the problem and a new one got put in. Not sure exactly what they did to un-jam it, so unfortunately I am...

I have the husky liners on both sides in the front. They have worked out and I haven't put the carpet ones back in for over a year now. As with any floor mat like this clean up is super easy.

Great write up! Having done this myself 3 times I figured out that taking the skid plate off makes getting to the bottom 2 pulleys much easier. It can be done without doing this, but adds some extra hassle that isn't necessary. It also allows to better ensure that the belt is correctly positioned on...

Pictures of them would be great. Even better would be a schematic with dimensions so I could make one for mine!

An option many of us have taken is to plasti-dip the chrome badges and grill. It is a cheap easy way to get rid of the chrome look without having to remove parts. There are a couple of threads that go through the process.

Yeah we had a great time on the trail. The only thing I did was dial down my adjustable shocks down to 1. Figuring out a way to get a disconnecting front sway bar would be a big help. Here is a video of some of the footage that doctahjones took of me going over one of the bigger ruts. My wife was no...

Best Way to Mount Front License Plate with a Bull Bar?

So I finally switched from MI to CO on my plates today. I am having trouble figuring out the best way to mount the front license plate to the bull bar (light holder). I removed the front license plate bracket when I installed the bull bar so that is not an option. For now the best I could come up wi...

That would be fun to have a crew of PF's in the sea of Jeeps at Moab. Would probably get a few looks all going together in a group. Defiantly keep me in the loop for a trip like that!

The outside dimension of the right angle brackets mounted to the tow hook connection points is 37.5". They are 1/4" thick brackets so the tabs coming off the tube of the bull bar on mine are 37" apart of the outside of each tab. This a link to the bar I have. http://www.ariesautomotiv...
