We have updated results for the Pathfinder to include owner experiences through June 30, 2010. Other sources of car reliability information won't cover the more recent months until the summer or even fall of next year. Repair frequencies, in terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year: 2008: 56, abo...
In a couple of weeks we'll start previewing the next set of results to participants. The preview results will be updated as responses come in. My focus: how many model years will we be able to cover this time around? It depends entirely on the number of owners that participate. We're currently only ...

In terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year: 2008: 87, worse than average 2006: 98, about average 2005: 85, about average In all three cases the sample sizes are small. A big thank you, once again, to ...
You cannot report past repairs through the main survey, which is the basis for the reliability stats. In terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year: 2008: 71, about average 2005: 108, worse than average but better than earlier In both cases the sample sizes are small. A big thank you, once again, to e...
Updated results soon. Only partial results for the 2005 and 2008 once again, I'm afraid. More participants remain needed to fully cover all model years.

I think the running boards were left off at the factory. This seems by far the most likely. Either the guy on the line slipped up, or they...

In terms of repair trips per 100 cars per year: 2008: 47, about average 2005: 133, worse than average but (as predicted) better than last time In both cases the sample sizes are small. A big thanks, o...
Thanks, I appreciate it. I always want, and need, more cars. We still don't have enough participating 2005s for a full result, and there's no such thing as an excessive sample size. The larger the sample, the better the information.
