Search for "Valve cover baffles"

This could be your issue, and maybe PCV valve.

mine doesn’t do this. What Transmission fluid did they use ? Was this bulk ? Who did the work. Did it do this before the flush ? So the change in my transmission is that the shift is harder, ie the opersite than your problem. I would be a little concerned because it sound like its slipping, and prol...

I don't necessarily understand your issue, but i have same mileage, 105K, and just changed my transmission fluid for mileage plus Valvoline. It shifts better, maybe its real or imagined I am not sure. I can tell you that the converter lock and 4th overdrive do not engage when its cold. I find I have...

I purchased covers that you hog ring on from JC witney but that was years ago.

I would also suggest you try a upholstery shop near you, you may find they will match the material and color and instal for less than the dealer charges for a cover.
I did this on my Suburban.

Since our 3.5's have adjustable belt tension I would check the belt adjustment.

I think you are going in right direction. I would think that the the double wires "come in " and "go out" This could be cause of your dash lights not working. Try connecting them together, if they are same color code should be OK. Does the pk/grn dimmer wire have somewhere to go ...

I dont think the crank is grooved. That normally happens when there is dirt that act as an abrasive. The crank is hardened and yes the front seal gets dirt in there and groves the crank. There is a repair sleeve for the front. But not the rear. My guess is either it was a poor job done last time or ...

I would ask why the CATS are blocked.

Read up on the Oil consumption problem from the PCV valve and rocker cover baffles.

I am due for plugs so will replace my PCV and maybe put in a catch can in the PCV valve line.

there are codes and pending codes. Most readers will read the pending codes as well. I would check this out. So the problem is constant, I don't have any idea what the wining noise could be. The "whining noise" almost sounds like a lawn mower engine. Again, it idles fine, revs fine in par...
