ewww, that means its probs the knob is shot, which could suck as i think you need to replace that whole switch assy

I've got the manual hvac controlls so im not sure if yours is one whole unit or they're individual switches

use a test light, and probe each wire to see which one is the parking light. One wire is ground, the other is turn signal, and the third is parking light.. test each one with a test light.
