No idea what this means. Can you attach a picture of it?

So turns out that the spark plugs were full of carbon 5/6 of them and 1 was normal. Presuming that the air filter was never changed must of cause all this issue all this time.

That EGR valve hose you discovered to be missing is probably the idle issue cause. I did put a bolt on the throttle opening and it stabled out - however it still misfires here and there. Now the other issue is that I might have to change the spark plugs but no codes on the OB2 with the random misfi...

Thanks for the diagram, now I see that I have to pull towards me the cable and unhook it.
I found the part on Amazon which it gets to me faster than Nissan Parts site.

Well I change the EGR valve and turns out there is a hose missing from the EGR valve to the EGR control valve. I had to order it from Japan as that part (14750-0W000) is discontinued.
The car keeps rough idling, not sure what else it can be.
