That is exactly what I'm hoping to do. I was just looking for ideas on a camera that will fit nicely where the license plate lights are.

Ya, I noticed that Courtesy Nissan sells the camera. But $418 ?? I don't even know how that can be possible. From studying the Factory Service Manual, it appears that the factory camera runs on 6V and needs another "Controller Assy" to go with it: http://www.courtesyparts.com/284a1-control...

Shawn, I was actually talking about the camera unit, not the box to interface to the screen.
Did you buy the camera off eBay too?

Thanks scarelli, I'm looking forward to seeing the pics. I just sold my 01 Pathfinder last week and picked up an 09 Pathfinder on the weekend. I was thinking of doing this exact same thing. One thing I'd like to know from you... Can you give me any kind of part number/eBay item of the camera itself?...
