Welcome, A bypass is a good method to eliminate the cross contamination defect. Here is a link to the main post, http://thenissanpath.com/viewtopic.php?t=2139 The bypass is a good method, and some members still have the bypass, but some members believe that replacing the radiator is better for long ...

I was in the same boat a few months ago. I really liked what the Pathfinder had to offer, it was in my price range, good off-road capabilities, good family hauler, decent towing capabilies for a mid-sized SUV, had a trucky feel and look. The radiator issue was a turn off and I was looking at the Arm...

I had a RWD Chrysler 300 for 5 years up here in northeast Iowa. Let me tell you, that thing was a potato in the snow. I only got stuck once but every time I stopped, I felt like Fred Flintstone trying to get it moving. After getting my Pathy, I felt like I was MC Hammering my way around people like ...

I have the Bully Dog installed. I thought about the sensor but the transmission runs at around 190 in town. It is just under load (400 - 500lbs in the back) when going up long steep hills. Ok, you mentioned in your original post that you had the transmission fully serviced. Did you have the overhea...

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I'm pretty new to the pathfinder but I have a few questions on your problem. How do you know that the transmission is overheating (ie codes or display)? You say they are no DTCs on the ECM. Do you have a aftermarket transmission temp gauge? Could the transmission t...

I ordered this 8 pcs set that has 6 leds for the dome and cargo and 2 for the license plate. http://www.ebay.com/itm/262419307812 I was not pleased with the dome leds. They were almost dimmer than the stock ones and had a slight blue tint. I then ordered these. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A...

Out of those 3, I would go with the AT3.

I'm in need of new tires and I am trying decide between General Grabber AT2 or Yokohama Geolandar G015. Both AT tires at almost same price. Probably going to stay stock size (265/65R17).

Welcome, let the road to mods begin. Im not sure on the R52's but on the R51s, if you replace the rear turn signals with LEDs you needed to add in a resistor to keep them from hyper flashing.

I had a very annoying squeak on my old car (Chrysler 300). I made a pinhole in the upper ball joint on the front passenger side and shot it with a little WD40 and found it was the culprit. Never replaced it. Just put a needle tip on the grease gun and injected some grease and then put epoxy over the...

That is called an air dam. It's main purposes are to reduce drag, and to lower the air pressure in the engine bay. Lowering the air pressure in the engine bay allows more air to flow through the radiator. These effects are subtle, so you may not see much of a difference with it off. It's most effect...

Great work. I've been contemplating adding a Nismo decal just like the one you have on your wife's rig but the area is small with the fuel door so I didnt know how it would look.

I just got my path 2 weeks ago and I noticed this same issue on cold mornings. I got paranoid this being my first path but as soon as it warms up it goes away so I was just assuming it was just something warming up. I heard a path I looked at that had the timing chain tensioner issue. You will defin...

I think my LEDs from ebay are arriving today. I'm doing a similar set up except just regular 12 leds in the cargo. But I am doing a red LED for the front driver side map light to keep night eyes and to give it a tactical feel. So I will have the choice of super bright white one the right side and a ...
