It would all depend on how many miles on the vehicle and, how long you plan to keep it. The surface of the flywheel where the clutch disc rides should be looked at. I would think that a bad throwout bearing would make noise whenever the clutch is depress both in gear or in neutral. The loading on the bearing would be the same either way.

Is all of your fan shroud intact? There is a removable section on the bottom which sometime disappears allowing considerable airflow to bypass the radiator.

Why did you only change the upper trailing arms? Usually all 4 are changed. That could be your problem. When you change just one set then any movement is focused into the bushings of the other set. A similar scenario was posted here a couple of years ago.

Look on Ebay. Direct fit 120.00 and up. Both sides for less than 250.00.
Direct fit with a 5 year warrantee. Magnaflow makes a nice stainless bodied unit if you're going to keep the car.

I bought some of the cheapies too, they didn't last a year. The bearings got noisy when freewheeling. Now I have a set of Warns.
