It's probably a combination of all 3 if none of them have been addressed in the past. Suspension/stabilizing components work together in keeping the movement minimized.

How many miles? Sounds like your suspension is in need of replacement. Shocks/struts and stabilizer bushings should tighten it up especially the rear "death wobble" bushings.

If it's the stub pipe that is part of the muffler-you need a new muffler. If it's a tailpipe piece, a clamp is the cheap route but a muffler shop could probably weld it for not a whole lot of $$.

Apply 12v directly to the uninstalled motor's terminals. If it runs-it's good. If not, you need another motor. If it runs, reinstall the motor-making sure you don't bind it any way. If you don't get ANY fan speed out of it when it's installed it's probably the relay. If you only get certain speeds (...

You would probably need to run power from some source to the seats wiring connector(s). As long as the seats are complete with their motors I don't see why it wouldn't work. Double check the dimensions for the mounting holes between the seats also.

Check to make sure none of the heat shields are loose, does it sound like metal on metal rattling? +1 It's a pretty common issue. These things only have about bazillion separate shields underneath where the hardware rusts away causing noise. I don't know of anyone who has encountered problems from ...

The first time you went to start it did it make any different noise(s). If you can't turn the motor over by hand then something obviously is binding. Any chance the starter gear has extended and the gear has engaged the flywheel teeth at a screwy angle and now its stuck? Try tapping on the starter w...

They most certainly can. Milemarker and Warn make manual hubs for your pathfinder. Installation is pretty easy also. People who have done it say it makes the steering feel a bit lighter and you may gain a mpg also. Putting the vehicle into 4wheel drive would just require you to step out and lock the...

For the converter bolts you have to remove the lower gussets and shield. Once those are out of the way you can get your wrench in there. Then use the socket to turn the flywheel so each comes into view through the starter hole (like you are doing). If my memory serves me right I think I had to run a...

Had the same thing...replace the distributor and set the timing of course. The shavings are where the distributor has grinded away the top flat surface of the bearing. This is letting the whole assembly sink and bind occasionally.
