yeah from experiance, i installed an amp and sub, just becareful with the wires, theyre close together and really brittle and if they touch you'll fry your computer and have to pay 1000+ to get it fixed (happened to me) and im experienced in radio installs so it made me a little upset lol

i have the same dash your talking about in my 09 SE, to take apart the dash you need to pull out the cup holder tray, then pop off the shifter knob, then pull off the whole plastic piece around the shifter cup holder area, then youll find four screws holding in the little aux/storage cubby, pop that...

Some one may correct me here, but I am pretty sure you never were in 4Lo. The only way into 4lo is by first shifting the transmission to neutral. The blinking meant it was waiting for you to shift to neutral before it could shift to 4lo. All that to say I doubt you did any damage. yeah the blinking...

How many MPG's are you getting?

I was getting about 17, until recently i put a snowboard rack on and am now getting 14.5 or so... :/ (with boards mileage is even worse)

They're actually louder in town then on the highway! And i like them sooo much! And the size is perfect! Definetly gives the path a more agressive look

2009 SE radio question

i have the normal stereo not bose system, and am wondering if theres a way to get an amp installed without cutting into speaker wires to rca connector thing (already did this once and fried my gauge cluster somehow and cost 1600 to fix, not trying to do this again)
