I moved up to one size bigger than stock 265/70/17 General Grabbers AT2 and they perform great and look great and have had no rub issues. However, my gas mileage did take a significant dip, that is the only downside.
I have the Viper 5701 and is by far the nicest upgrade I have purchased for my path. The remote start is great my car can be start or turned off up to a half mile away and the remote also tells me the interior temperature of my pathfinder. The security the Viper 5701 offers is also unbeatable.
I have had squeaks when i go over bumps too. I thought it was underneath but I heard it was the front hood squeaking and all you have to do is grease up the arms. Worked for me.
I don't think many people know this is here. Maybe put a reminder in the R51 message thread because I like the idea. I always go right to the R51 thread and never really check anything else, but we should get one going for April.
I had the same issue but they said that wasnt it. They just replaced some of the belts because it was time for new ones anyway and sprayed some oil and the noise went away.
Yeah i think they all offroad together or something. I would love to offroad in the places they do. I am not sure if these guys even have lifts especially the guy in the first video.
You can order off-set bushings for the lower control arms for additional adjustment to the caster/camber. I was browsing through YouTube last night and came across this guy offroading in his pathfinder. He has about 10 videos make sure you check out them all for the people that haven't seen these videos. They are all pretty impressive.
