Sucks about the rad, maybe try and get them to share the cost but I doubt it will work. Although it shouldnt be to hard to replace. Not sure about the Pathy but I have changed a few rads on previous vehicles and it wasnt to complicated. Clutch fan, no clue. I had mine replaced after having my car fo...

I have the same issue the whole rear is rusted up. The mechanic said that it only takes 2-3 years for this to happen and that it was inevitable. Shitty design I guess. Plus he then said some of my front couldnt be put into spec too. I am just going to leave it be and live with it because they werent...

Wow im an idiot. I should have googled before posting because there are lots of threads on this in multiple forums.

Looks like its from me doing lots of short trips and there being excess moisture in the oil + cold temps.

Removed oil cap and noticed discolored oil!?!?!?!?

So this weekend I will be leaving for two weeks and roughly 1500km round trip. So I decided to check my oil level and do a few basic things to get ready. Well my oil was just under the half way mark and so I wanted to add some. So when I removed the oil cap to refill I noticed the underside of the c...

Unless your in a situation where you will have wheel slippage no turns should be done with 4wd on. The outside and inside wheels obviously move at different speeds and since they are locked togethor somethings got to give. Picture a race (bikes, cars, people whatever) where its a big oval. The racer...

The finished product looks awesome. It looks almost identical to my sub box that I fabd myself and so now I am convinced to do it.

I guess it moves laterally a bit while driving if I turn hard and there is no weight on it. But ive never heard it moving up and down at all when hitting bumps or anything like that. I understand the risks of having my dog in the back or anywhere in the car for that matter but its necessary when I g...

Cannonball. No its not attached to anything but it is fairly heavy and as far as I can imagine there is no way this thing is going to go anywhere in an accident plus it would be too big to go anywhere. Although I did leave a few inches on each side so it wouldnt muffle the sub or hinder the air duct...

Control Arm bushing problems

I just got the Path before winter and so I just got my new winters installed today. At the same time I figured it would be a good idea to get an alignment and well it was more bad news (ive had enough since buying it). My rear contral arm bushings are all seized and so the tech couldnt get my rear c...

once warranty expires, i might just trade it in for a recent model and get warranty all over again. let Nissan worry bout the radiators fuel senders and IPDM issues. Its funny you say that because i just bought an out of warrenty Path and after doing the bypass I hope to avoid any major issues! BTW...

Budrbean. I have been thinking about removing the third row also but mostly to install a sub but I want to keep the floor at the same level. Maybe putting in a plexiglass top to the sub box to stay flush. Anyways... if I remove them I will post some pics and ideas on how more storage can be created....

I saw this thread and it made me realize that I needed to build some storage to accomodate my travel needs. So a few days ago I built this so I could transport 4 people, luggage and my dog all at the same time. Essentially I now still have room for my Rotti to sit on top and room for our luggage und...
