Sounds like I will need to do a seafoam on the truck, but definitely need to change the fan clutch. Seems like is locked and causing the mechanical fan to spin 100% of the time, which will kill fuel economy.

Really nice video. I wonder if replacement of these front sway bar bushings will solve my front end squeaking issues.

I noticed as the weather gets colder, the bushings are more likely to make this creaking noise. It has gotten pretty bad now with the winter. It sounds horrible over bumps.

I am getting a creaking from my front end over bumps and a squealing / creaking when doing sharp turns during parking.

Thanks for the input all.

I pulled the blower, and hit it a few times, and reinstalled and it worked.

It was getting power, and it had resistance across the leads before I hit it and reinstall it. I wonder if there is a way to oil it?

Will cleaning the TB help fuel mileage at all?
