Thank you sir!

Now I can confidently do the install. I was asking shops around and they were charging a minimum of $140 cause they say its a 2 or more hour labor. Yeah right.

BTW, from the pics, is the space between the muffler and the tube enough? Wont the tube melt due to heat of the exhaust?

Can I do this install without removing both rear tires? I'm pretty hesitant to work underneath my pathfinder without any rear wheels since I dont have those trolley jacks and jack stands, so I'd be relying on the jack my pathfinder came with.

That seems very strange then. I am unsure on what the problem could be. Maybe loose front end suspension parts also. You might try to get an alignment done to make sure that is not the issue. I dunno if the tire pressures would cause that much of a vibration at higher speeds. I would just take the ...

With it vibrating only at a certain MPH and up makes me think it is a tire balance issue. First thing I would recommend is have a shop rebalance your tires. I used to work in a shop and pretty much any kind of vibration that you get after 65+MPH is caused by Balancing or a problem with your tires. ...

Vibrations

Hey guys, I have this vibration at exactly 85 mph and above. I rarely hit those kind of speed unless the road is empty and during the night only that is why I ignore the vibrations. Is this something I should be worried about? If I continue ignoring it, will it have a long term effect on the car? Wh...

It may have something to do with the horn relay. The relay's located in the fuse/fusible link box under the hood on the passenger side between the battery and the firewall. Let me know if you need a diagram of the relay's position in the box or if there's anything else that might help. Hi, Could Yo...

Weird issue with HORNS.

Hey Guys, I'm having this weird issue with the horns. It stops working sometimes but most of the time it works perfectly. I just find it annoying because it doesn't work when I need to use it. I've replaced the horns with brand new ones, so it must be on other parts that I don't know. I'm also prett...

Hey guys, Will be installing my airlifts soon. What is the ideal pressure for someone like me who does not tow anything and has like 4 passengers at most? I Tried riding on the back of my pathy and every time we hit a bump, it sags and bottoms out quickly. Also, what aftermarket shocks do you recomm...

Nice! The price is fair, if not cheaper. I bought my 2005 LE, almost same as yours with less mileage (119k) for $10,000 here in CA. Although mine had brand new chunky A/T tires installed when I got it. Anyways, do the bypass now for a peace of mind (if its the stock rad). I've read somewhere that th...

@Kestral Im pretty sure they used 5w-30 on my pathy. Saw the quart bottles they used. @skinny2 Yep Ive been resetting them eversince I noticed the drop in mpg's. About the tires I might check them out just to be sure. They "looked" underinflated today, maybe because of the change in temp. ...

Re: MPG's drop after oil change

@eieio

Hi eieio, the oil filter used is a security global L6607. And no, I had my oil changed by some shops, not by nissan.

@skinny2

Hey skinny2, I havent noticed any change in performance, and Im just basing my numbers on the trip computer. I've gone through two tanks of tank already.

MPG's drop after oil change

Hey Guys, I just had my 120k change oil last week, and I've noticed that my fuel consumption has gone up. I did not change my driving habit nor my daily route, and A/C is set at constant temp. Right now I'm getting ~13-14 mpg after the oil change, and previously I was at 17-19 mpg. What I noticed wa...

Hell yeah! I've been looking for this a long time, but the thing is here in California, they require front plate numbers. So i was thinking of putting two led bars on each side of the plate numbers. going to do some measuring later, and hopefully i'll find one that fits perfectly. Looking forward on...
