What am I missing? If your battery is dead, your windows and power door locks should't work. That's normal.

After about 1.5" of rain last night, I had a good bit of water in driver's floorboard. I actually bought a gray towel I have folded over twice using as my floor mat for now.

Nevermind, I pulled glove box and looked. It does (duh). Mine looked like they were never changed. But they will be in a few minutes.
