Here is the space between the inner liner and the tire. You can see my quick hack job on getting the mudflap out of the way. I plan to clean it up later this week. Not much space in there; a dime will not fit with out rubing the tire and the liner. I will take a better picture tonight with scale so ...

Hello, I have had my fuel sending unit replaced 2 times under warrenty for a similar issue as described below. Mine was the fill to the top, and the guage said 3/4 of a tank. When the guage was on empty, it still have about 5 gallons of gas in the tank... of all the things that should be a no braine...
