Reason most are suspect of even the "new" radiator is because the part number hasn't changed. Usually when a part has been "revised" there's a part number that supersedes the old. The part number for the radiator regardless if it's the original or the new radiator is the same. T...

last question, for now, eieio. Youve been a great help man. When I go get my car from the dealer today, should i ask them if the transmission has gotten contaminated as you suggested earlier today. Would a transmission flush do anything to help that situation? Ive been reading now, and I will more t...

Ive been reading now, and I will more than likely do this Bypass, seems easy enough to do. Basically there is a cooler in the radiator and that is where the hoses are directing the fluids currently. And what we are doing is capping the radiator cooler off (i still have no clue what the radiator does...

Gotcha. So I'll ask them today if anything got "contaminated" in transmission, although not sure I'll completely trust what they say. I'll also check fluid when I get home. I have no problem doing this bypass, and again I havent completely read everything about it on here, but is this some...

My 06 Pathfinder has begun the Fuel sending unit issue. The reason Im upset is b/c 10,000 miles ago I took it to my local nissan dealer and the dude said that they would take care of it for me b/c it was recalled. Well, I go to pick up my car and he said the computer (check engine light) didnt show ...

I also have a 2006 Pathfinder. My fuel guage rarely reads an accurate reading (I.E. I will fill up the tank and the fuel light remains on). My System Check light is also on. I called the Nissan dealer (this has been 5 months ago) and surprisingly he was nice and said that even though my vehicle didn...

Im in the exact same boat. Within the last week, after I filled up, the fuel guage showed I was empty...then today my Service Light came on. Im going to call Nissan in the morning. Mine is a 2006 and it seems there may be a recall with the floater in the fuel tank that tells the fuel level. Hopefull...

hey guys, would you guys say this is the same issue concerning when i accelerate in my 06 pathfinder and if I hover around 1400-1500 rpm I hear a rattling noise. Its an annoying noise, but especially since I just purchased the car from a Nissan dealer, Im kind of anal and listening to every little n...

I took mine to dealership. Same one I bought the car from last week (just a note: I told them of the problem the day I bought it and they thought it was a belt which they replaced). They now diagnosed it as a bad blower motor and said it would be upwards of $400 to replace it. I then reminded them t...
