speakers grounding out

i have a 1995 sev6 and just ran 2 6.5s. problem is if they are even close to being loud the passengers 6.5 is grounding out on the door threw a screw used to secure it into place. any ideas on how to stop this are greatly appreciated. by the way ive changed the speaker to a rockford fosgate and it still does it.
