Has anyone adjusted the steering stops for a tighter radius?

Postby nomadrifter » Fri Jan 01, 2010 7:43 pm

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had adjusted their stops, and if there were any adverse affects. I would like to improve the turning radius because that is the only complaint I have with my Pathfinder. I just don't want to be the guinea pig on this. Any advice would be appreciated. Oh, I have a 95 4x4.

Possible adverse effects are steering bind when you crank the wheel as well as excess tire wear and wheel and component damage (depending on clearance. Also, your tires might rub on the inner wheel well.
