contacted a couple places, all require a minimum order, the least i found was 500.

im thinking of printing on some heavy paper and making it a DIY project.
if i find the time to do this, ill post up a how to.

If you put it together, Kinko's has no minimum order. I use them for programs, brochures and flyers often. I simply convert the files to pdf and submit online. The rates are reasonable too! Just an FYI.

Great, totally skipped this thread. Obviously too late for pics, but have you looked at any of the online photo sites to get the calendars printed? I had a couple poster prints done last week from one of the online places, but I can't remember which one. I have the info at home, so I'll dig it up tonight. Pretty much all of the online places will do calendars. Some a bit more expensive than others. I'm also pretty sure that once the photos are submitted to one of them, anybody who wants to purchase one can just buy direct from their site. It's always good to cut out the middle man.

I also believe that the calendar is created simply by the choice of photos, which means we could have a pool of photos online, in one place, that people could choose from to create a calendar. That way everyone will get a custom calendar to their own personal liking. At the very least, one person might have to put together the 14 photos (front, back, 12 months) for the calendar for each forum member before they can purchase it. I'm just not positive about how customizable these places are. Just a thought.

I got my poster prints at Shutterfly.com. Looking at their site, they have a few different options for calendars. It also looks like we could have a big pool of pictures online & allow others to customize their own calendars. And/or create a few different calendar designs and throw them out there for anyone to order. It'll make more sense if you go to the site and read through everything.

There are other sites similar to shutterfly, so it isn't like this is the only option. I've had 4x6 prints done at shutterfly years ago & they looked bad, so they printed them again (free) and sent them to me. Still not the best, but I can say the 20x30" prints I got from them are superb. Not sure how well the calendars will look, but they do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Calendar pics look great so far. I'll have to dig through mine & see if I have something snow-ish that is somewhat recent.
