The S model PF never came with a front right tow hook so when checking with the local parts guy he said that they have the right side in stock, but that they have been able to get the left side as well through Nissan, although it's about a month wait, $54 per side.
RH front tow hook part no: 51112EA000
LH front tow hook part no: 51113EA000
For some recovery situations it might be better to be pulling equally on both frame rails.

As a side note, if you do no purchase factory bolts you will need the following:
M12 Extra Fine 1.25mm Pitch bolts somewhere in the 30+mm length region.
The M12 in Extra Fine 1.25mm pitch is not a very common configuration (in the US anyways). I visited 4+ hardware stores that I consider well stocked and no-one had them nor even had a space for them. M10's or M12's in 1.5pitch yes, but not the above. I will end up ordering them from Grainger for my project.
