Postby indexply » Thu Jan 10, 2013 2:08 pm

For all that are or have delt with this for your 2005-2010 Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Fontier, or Nissan Xterra vehicle.

I recieved a notice in the mail this week (1/10/13) about a claim. Please if you are interested check into it. For the Lawyers and savy IT people the notice gave the following question contact phone number 1-877-208-9275 or visit www.NissanATOilCoolerSettlement.com

There was also an eight (8) page info pack included. Please let me know if you are interested in reading as I will be contacting a lawyer and letting them review. Act fast and get this out to all, as there is a date for all claims to be post marked by June 7, 2013.

Sharing the info for all to look into.

So if we haven't experienced the failure on a 2007 Pathfinder and are approaching 100,000 miles do we have any options with this CA? Will Nissan replace the radiator? What are our options?
