What does the Body Control Module control?

So I have a problem with my BCM. I know it controls the wipers and my intermittent wiper does not work properly.

I also have some other issues that I wonder can be related to the BCM.
-Sunroof does not wanna close sometimes (only go to the "rear side open"-mode when closing for the few first presses until it actually closes.
-Right rear view mirror does not fold in when pressing the "fold in rear view mirrors"-switch. it makes a small jump but then stops.
-My car has on its electronic window controls that the driver side window has an "automatic mode" so you dont have to keep the button pressed to open and close. the automatic mode doesnt work nine times out of ten.
-My horn doesnt go off with the alarm.

Are all these controlled by the BCM as well? Then it might be worth paying the ~800USD the dealership wants. Its not worth paying if it only solves the wiper issue.
