found an old outback roof-rack from a friend, some cuts and weldings and fit perfectly on my roof, next task 30'' led bar.

The roof rack looks really good, love the low profile. I would be interested in how you route the wiring, for the LED bar and where you mount the switch. I have been thinking I could mount the bar to the OEM side rails, drill a hole inside and then into the roof, fill with epoxy then run the cable under the roof liner and bring the wiring to the front dome light assembly and mount the switch there.
