I'd double check that you put the spacer in properly.

I checked the air lift spacers and they look good. Nothing is off I pretty much followed the direction on the instruction. The noise is driving me insane I might just take it off

When first I install it i had it at 35psi and drove it around for a day then I deflated to 15 psi for a week. The noise continue so I brought it down to 0 psi and still makes the noise now I'm at 12 psi

I can't think of anything in it that would make a noise like that. Can you check the hose routing and make sure it's not binding something that might creak?

If you're really sure it's the air bags squeaking in the springs or spring seats, you could always try spraying some silicone spray in there to see if it stops...

i did try one thing and it kinda eliminated some of the noise. instead of having the air bags all the way at the bottom of the coil I pushed the air bag up closer to the top and inflated the air bags to 35 psi. then dropped the jack and now it doesn't have excessive loud creak noises. I can still hear it but its slightly. I don't know if this is the solution but its ok for now.

When the truck is off the jackstand and supporting its own weight, the air bag will contact both the top and bottom seats. It'll also touch each time it compresses.

Maybe you've got something stuck under the air bag that's creaking against metal (although I think there's a rubber spring seat across the whole surface). Can you lift it a bit and look under it with a mirror maybe?

I looked and felt under the air bag and it doesn't seem like theres anything that is rubber against the bottom. although both sides look different (funny) from each other. like one is leaning at a angle more then the other. Ill take some pictures and post it up tomorrow. also I recently install some 2 inch spacers under the spring coils...... Man this sounds like a hell of nightmare for me.

for the spacer I know it goes on top of the air bag but does it really matter which way the spacer/protector direction it goes? because on the instruction it says it can be install either direction.
