Bose system

Postby HydroPonix » Mon Jul 28, 2014 9:13 pm

Hey guys and gals,

Does anyone know how to unplug the rear subwoofers? I know the amp is under the drivers seat, i just dont know how to isolate the subs. I already have an aftermarket sub and amp and the bose subs are just annoying because they cant handle the bass like my w3 can and end up sounding like torn paper in the wind.

Thank you,
-Hydro

You would have to remove the left, rear interior panel to access the subwoofer assy. There's a harness connector on the side of it closest to the left side, rear door. Or, you could remove the speakers from the subwoofer housing and just unplug them. They have four screws each on the front side of the housing.
