Replacement head unit for 2006 Pathfinder

Hi,

I have just purchased a 2006 Pathfinder. I am waiting to replace the head unit with a hands-free capable unit and have come across a unit from a 2010 Nissan X-Trail (the OCD in me prefers a factory or factory looking unit). The head unit does not come with a microphone.

So my questions are:

- Will the plugs be the same, or will I need to perform some rewiring?
- Would it be possible to source a microphone and make it work? If so, from where?
- Will my factory DVD player still work through the stereo?
