Gremlins Resolved

1992 SE 5 spd

I decided to replace the blower resistor because it would work on low only... So while I was in there I removed the oak tree ! It actually blows cold air now =)

Also I had the start gremlin which went from sometimes it would not start to, it would not start at all unless you hit the interlock switch on the dash... So there is two switchs at the clutch under my dash, I assume one is for the cruise control, and the other for the interlock safety switch, which is the one closest to the fire wall.. Well the little blue grommet had broke and nothing was there but the hole and the switch would not engage when the clutch was pushed in !

The Nissan nylon door panel fasteners with the cleated teeth fit the hole perfectly, I had just bought a bag of them for the hatch panel, and plugged one into the clutch arm and shazam, problem solved

Oak mulch from the a/c box... If you have never cleaned it out , it might look like this !

I'd like to check my a/c box. Where do I access it? I have a 1987.
